Grace Fancher

Grace Fancher, a licensed real estate agent in both Kansas and Missouri is a proud fifth generation Kansas Citian, born and raised. She loves everything Kansas City and considers it the best hidden gem. Even though she knows this city well, she is constantly discovering new unique places to explore. She currently lives in Fairway, Kansas, with her husband, Mark. She would describe her home as a "retro cottage" with its pink bathroom and 1950s stove.

Her favorite thing about her job is the people. She loves getting to know each of her clients and guiding them through the process. One strength of hers is being able to relate to all types of people and pinpoint their taste and preferences very quickly. She enjoys the matchmaking element of the job and helping her clients find their perfect dream home. She thinks this also shows in her negotiating skills as she always has her clients’ best interest at heart.

Home decor and design are a passion of her, so she is lucky to use that in her profession. Collaborating with sellers to stage their homes is something she never gets tired of doing. She believes she goes above and beyond for all her clients, making them a top priority. Quality and personalized service is something Grace strives to provide.
