Grace Flatt

A 23 year veteran in Chicago real estate, Grace has helped clients throughout Chicagoland buy and sell homes through the real estate market's ups and downs. Grace was born in Evanston, raised in northwest Chicago, educated in Wilmette, worked in the Chicago Loop and is now a resident of Winnetka. As a member of the first generation of Italian immigrants who came to this country with one trunk of belongings, she recognizes first hand the importance of real estate in achieving the American Dream and building long term wealth. Most importantly, she knows that a home is the heart family life and is sensitive and patient with buyers and sellers, offering them expert advice as they navigate through the moving process.

Grace is an active volunteer at her children's school and skating team and is a member of the Junior League of Evanston-North Shore. In her free time Grace enjoys yoga, watching her daughter's synchronized and solo skating competitions, and making trips to the dog beach with her Labrador retriever.
