Loved working with Grace. She was very thorough through the entire process. From setting up our home search where I was able to be notified on any new listing, to working all hours of the day and night to get us situated and front and center in submitting offers and eventually getting us into our beautiful home. Grace took us through our first home buying journey. She did great job navigating through all the details and walked us step by step through the entire process. Grace was diligent and very dedicated helping us putting in the offer, arranging home inspection and supporting the nuances of closing process. Uninterrupted communication (email, text and phones) surely helped the speedy process and gave more confidence to us…the first home buyers. I was very fortunate to have found and hired Grace to sell my Condo. I had a tenant in my condo and he was not cooperative, however, Grace was able to convince him in cooperating with the process. I ran into a unique situation, where the central heater was broken, it was a hydronic old system and no parts are available to fix it, which jeopardized the sale process, Grace was able to travel multiple times with contractors to the condo and was able to find me the best deal in town, where I saved thousands of dollars. She was very patient, and went above and beyond, I highly recommend her for your Real Estate needs.
