Grace took us through our first home buying journey. She did great job navigating through all the details and walked us step by step through the entire process. Grace was diligent and very dedicated helping us putting in the offer, arranging home inspection and supporting the nuances of closing process. I was very fortunate to have found and hired Grace to sell my Condo. I had a tenant in my condo and he was not cooperative, however, Grace was able to convince him in cooperating with the process. I ran into a unique situation, where the central heater was broken, it was a hydronic old system and no parts are available to fix it, which jeopardized the sale process, Grace was able to travel multiple times with contractors to the condo and was able to find me the best deal in town, where I saved thousands of dollars. She was very patient, and went above and beyond, I highly recommend her for your Real Estate needs.
