About Grace

Grace McCurry relocated to sunny Jacksonville, FL in 1985 to escape the bitter Minnesota winters. Upon her transition, she immediately fell in love with Florida's rich history, warm weather, and sandy coastlines. She resides in St. Johns and is an expert in the area's real estate market. Grace's expansive history in retail and the desire for one-on-one interaction encouraged her to rethink her career in banking. She and her husband, Boyd, opened their own business in 1991. After years of success, they sold the company in 2003. Seeing the correlation between realty and retail, Grace decided to delve deeper into the industry in 2005 and has not looked back since. During her first year she reached $1.25 million in sales, and she has worked diligently to achieve continuous growth each year since. In 2014, she earned the Chairman's Award for sales of $5+ million. In 2015, earned the Gold Award for sales of $6+million. She prides herself on maintaining a positive and progressive work ethic. Grace finds that maintaining superior customer satisfaction is contingent on having an open and honest line of communication. She strives to provide the highest level of service to each of her customers in Jacksonville by fostering the balance between being a professional resource and a trusted adviser and friend. The opportunity to become the Career Development Officer of the Mandarin Resource Center became available, and Grace made the move into management. She served sales professionals like she served her customers with exceptional service. After two years in management, she is back to her first passion, servicing her customers in Real Estate. Grace feels fulfilled when helping to guide her four godchildren and being present for the special events in their lives, and volunteering for her church. And to keep everything in balance, she loves to laugh!
