As a first time homebuyer, I was so nervous about the process but we are beyond blessed to have met Grace and have her help throughout this new journey!

Since we are new to this, she helped us out tremendously. She was always prompt and made herself available around my work schedule which I appreciated so much! She even spoke to one of the neighbors walking by regarding the safety of the neighborhood. The most comforting thing was Grace didn’t try to rush us into a house. Working with Grace was absolutely amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and personable...everything that you can expect, need and require from a realtor. We had only 45 days to identify and select at least 3 properties under the 1031 Exchange Program. Grace was always available and worked hard for us every single day. She never missed a phone call, text and/or email. If she didn't have the information we needed, she would get the information immediately. Grace would listen to our needs and desires and not try to push properties that wasn't what we were looking for. As a matter of fact, she gave us very valuable suggestions and in the end found the perfect property of us. We cannot say enough great things about Grace. Grace is an amazing realtor who is very patient and understanding. As a seller, she was patient with me in selling my home because she knew it was a very emotional time for myself and family. She made me feel like I was her only client by staying in contact with me throughout the whole process from the time she did a walk through of my home until the day we sold. I knew she was the realtor for me the first time we meant because she knew what my house meant to me. It was like my baby and hard for me to let go. Aloha. My wife & I decided about a year ago it was time to buy our forever home. We knew we had to pick a realtor that would work with us and for us but at the same time let her experience lead us to our home. I turned to social media & noticed right away how Grace Kim Sato was placing good families in there forever home so we followed her & im glad we did because week after week she posted about what she did to help those families out & some was easier than others. The day I called Grace to let her know that we wanted her to be our Realtor that little 5min phone call I knew we was in good hands. Mahalo Grace for all you have done for us. Aloha.

I bought my first home from Grace. She was helpful and answered me anytime of day. She was never pushy or tried to get me to look at something out of my price range like previous realtors did. She showed us exactly what we were searching for. I believe we closed on our home in 2 and half weeks cant say it will be the same for everyone but it was incredibly fast. Overall Grace is a very kind and patient women. I have recommended her to my friends and family.
