Grace Yu

Grace has been a top producer in the Puget Sound area, and has won numerous awards over the years. Her expertise is in new construction and luxury properties, and she has some impressive statistics to show for it: 1. Made the list for the Puget Sound Business Journal's 10 Most Expensive Homes Sold in Washington State for both 2017 and 2016; 2. Worked with elite builders such as WestBank, JayMarc, and American Classic Homes, etc. Grace was born in China, and came to the United States in the 1990's to study Computer Science. After earned her bachelor degree from Oakland University, Grace worked in the IT field for many years. Thanks to that experience, Grace excels in dealing with various cultural backgrounds and at communicating in different settings. As an immigrant herself, Grace understands the many challenges a new immigrant may face, and she has accordingly been a strong presence in the local Chinese communities. Grace has considerable knowledge of and strong ties with Seattle neighborhoods and local communities. She hosted a monthly Real Estate talk show in a local Chinese radio station and holds volunteering positions in Club 808 and other local Chinese organizations. Grace was one of the first realtors from Seattle to attend the LPS (Luxury Property Showcase) in China, and was a trailblazer in introducing Seattle properties to the Chinese market.
