I know Grace through a mutual friend a few years ago. She is a very diligent, sharp, responsible real estate professional. I know a few clients of her, everyone are impressed by her work ethic and knowledge in real estate. She is one of the best agents I know. Grace was great!
She was always available and on top of the process. She is patient and very responsive to her clients. Since we were out of the state during the whole process. Grace taking care of everything about our property, not only contact a contractor, staging, and open house. She has also done some cleaning works for us and helped us to water our grass every day even she lives 40 mins away. Grace just helped me with another investment property purchase and we got it for about 93% of the listing price! The best part is, seller didn't overpriced it (appraisal from the bank seconds my opinion).
As always, Grace stays a few steps ahead of any potential issues, she was able to provide professional consultation in terms of where to buy and contractual advice during offer making, great communicator, attention to details, and incredibly proactive.
I'm very happy with my experience, I will work with her again!

I first approached Grace from a referral, and was looking to sell my house in Kenmore. She was great to work with, and really communicative throughout the whole process. During the get-the-house-ready process, she was quick and proactive about reaching out to many vendors for staging, landscaping, cleaning, and other tasks. She really looks out for you as the seller, and makes sure you get the best value for any work taken on.

After my listing went live, she gave me daily updates on number of showings, the feedback other agents have given her, and details of the offers. She is proactive about reaching out to buyer agents and negotiating with them.

It was very easy to work with Grace, and I would work with her again.

We just passed 1 year anniversary in the new house, and I feel I should write something about Grace (should've done it earlier). Grace was very diligent, professional, and patient throughout our home search process, and helped us find our dream house! On top of the attributes a good realtor would have, there are 2 things that stood out when I look back. First, Grace never pushed us to accept an offer, and always tried to help us negotiate for a better price. Not only this saved us a lot of money, it also made us feel great that our realtor indeed cares about our interests, which is not often observed these days (if not rare). Second, even after closing, Grace was still diligently offering help, such as recommending vendors, reminding us things to take care about the house, and even sending Christmas gifts! ^_^
