Grady helped us purchase our new home and then listed and sold our prior home.....we had several hurdles to overcome which required lots of communication and this was all happening during the onset of quarantines and social distancing but all happened as planned!

On the sale of our home once we were ready - Grady had a great marketing plan and we had multiple offers quickly!

Grady is the most amazing realtor! He and Mallory helped us buy our first home, and what could be our forever home! We started looking during a snow storm and pandemic craziness, and none of that stopped them from being the best team supporting our home search. They have so much expertise and their guidance during the process was exactly what we needed. In this time of cash offers, multiple offers, and thousands over asking we thought we would never find anything. In 3 months we found the most perfect home and our offer was accept within hours of being on the market and multiple offers. A year later and we still talk about how grateful we are for Grady and Mallory and our wonderful experience with them.

Grady and Mallory are not only great realtors, but they make the process fun! I greatly enjoyed working with both of them and they always answered my questions thoroughly. I had never owned a home before and had not been through the home buying process and had no idea what to do or expect. They helped me every step of the way. Grady spent an entire day with me looking at house after house to find the right house for me. He was super patient and shared his knowledge of potential pros/cons houses might have (drainage issues, reselling, etc.) that made me think about things I wouldn’t have on my own. While we didn’t find my house that day, Grady was who I knew I needed to call the day I stumbled across the house that I knew would be mine. He worked his realtor magic and got me a great deal on a house that I still LOVE after a year and a half of living here. I won’t be selling or looking to buy any time soon because I love it here, but I know Grady and Mallory will be who I call when it’s time to sell/buy again.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Grady and Mallory are worth the time! They were knowledgeable, helpful, and available whenever we needed them. My wife and I were apprehensive about the housing market, but the Carters were never at a loss to keep us ahead of the game. We sold our house through them and bought our new home through them, as well.

Grady knew instantly what our house would sell for, and though I thought he was out of his mind he turned out to be right almost to the dollar! For context, it was worth tens of thousands of dollars more than I thought it would be. He also helped guide the purchase of our beautiful new home, and he always represented our interests without hesitation during the tricky inspection process.

We’ve already recommended the Carters to our friends, colleagues, and family members. We plan on using his mother’s business for some updates on the new place, as well. She came in and did a beautiful job on our ceilings and walls at the old place as we were fixing it up for sale.

Long story short, if you want the best experience possible then Grady and Mallory Carter are the realtors you need. If the day comes when my wife and I want to move again (dear god, no time soon!) then we are definitely calling them.
