Grant and Leslie were great to work with in the recent sale of our home. They listened to our situation and made adjustments accordingly. They had some great ideas to help make our our home easier to sell. We took some of their suggestions and we feel it made a difference.

They helped us with sub contractors and materials below wholesale pricing to help us prep our house to sell. They staged our house with a certified interior designer, at no cost to us (they do not charge for staging furniture rental either).

Of course my wife and I had a fair amount of stress throughout the process but they were always in close communication and able to help us to relieve our stress.

Our house hit the marked on a Friday afternoon. They held two open houses over the same weekend and we had 6 offers over asking by Monday afternoon and a 7th by Tuesday. We sold at 9% over asking! Highly recommend!

We bought 2.5% under the highest bid and sold for 3.75% over ask - thanks to Grant!

The Beyer and Hancock Team are truly the best realtors one could have. I bought & sold with Grant Beyer and team. On the purchase side during the height of the real estate frenzy (May '22), Grant got our offer accepted on our dream home for 2.5% lower than the highest offer. On the sale side during the market slowdown (Sept '22), he got us 4 offers within the first 48 hours on the market, and we accepted a bid for 3.75% above list by day 3 (while competing houses in the same area sat for 60-90 days).

In both cases, Grant helped us secure favorable terms and we went from Offer to Close in only 21 days on both purchase and sale. Grant and his team provided us with at least $100k in value by saving us money on our purchase / getting us the best price possible on our sale, but the value he and team provides goes much deeper than business or financial savvy.

Truthfully, we were not easy clients - my fiancé and I are both neurotic, anxious, and easily defeated. These are challenges that Grant and his team are able to take in stride. They make you feel like you are their friend rather than just another client, in part because they are always there to really listen to you, help "talk you off the ledge" when you're becoming overwhelmed, and bring joy to every part of the process. This is an invaluable skill for your realtor to have during the biggest transaction of your life, but those people-skills also translate to building rapport with the competing realtor/client with skill and poise I've literally never seen any other realtor have.

Grant, Chandler, and Leslie are all incredible people with good hearts whose passion for helping people brings a warmth to real estate that you won't find anywhere else. The outcome for my family was so positive with their help, but the process and experience was also so much more memorable and enjoyable with them by our side. Grant and team are the best you could ever have in your corner!
