Grant Helgeson

A 30-year member of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, Grant has a valued and respected name in the Arizona real estate industry. With both homebuilding and land brokerage experience, Grant has acquired extensive knowledge of land acquisition economics, as well as detailed expertise in the residential land development process.

Originally from Minnesota, Grant graduated from ASU with a degree in business in 1981. In the mid-eighties, Grant was hired by Knoell Homes as their head of land acquisition. After holding this position for several years, he realized that he was ready to branch out and start his own firm; and in 1990, the Westland Properties Group was founded.

His professional experience provides a platform enabling WPG to productively and efficiently identify land transaction opportunities and creatively structure profitable and attainable closings. Successfully representing and negotiating countless transactions involving developed lots, platted and engineered lots and infill multi-family parcels throughout the greater Phoenix marketplace for many long-standing and return clients is a testament to his competence and dedication.
