Prior to entering the real estate industry, Grant worked for United States Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell as a Legislative Assistant in the Senator’s Washington D.C office and was later appointed as Assistant District Director for Southern Colorado. Following his career in politics, Grant practiced law with the law firm of Robinson and Scheurer, P.C., as an attorney on land use and real estate issues, where he published articles on the use of referendum in land use cases.
In 2003, Grant began brokering real estate with Remax of Cherry Creek, Inc in Denver, Colorado, and in 2006, he became Broker/Co-Owner of Remax of Cherry Creek, Inc. He and his team were consistently recognized for their annual sales production both throughout the Remax system and the Denver Board of Realtors.In 2010, he left Remax of Cherry Creek, Inc. and founded Veritas Real Estate, LLC with his business partner Chris Wolff. Today, Grant is the Managing Broker of Veritas, and the acting manager of Veritas Property Management.
Grant specializes in representing both Buyers and Sellers in Central Denver. He also has developed an expertise is real estate investment properties, rentals, and investment build projects. He also specializes in relocations of Buyers coming outside the Denver metro area, and maintains a strong relationship with The Group, Inc. Real Estate in Fort Collins, Colorado, and several other relocation companies around the United States. He is also a recognized expert in marketing homes online.
In his spare time, Grant is a triathlete, competing in full and half-ironman distance races around the world. He races for Gemini Multisport out of Boulder, Colorado, and is professionally coached by Kevin Konczak. In 2014, he was recognized as an All World Athlete (AWA) by Ironman; All American by USAT; and qualified for the Ironman World Championships 70.3 in Mont Tremblant, Canada. His 2015 season was cut short due to a severe bike crash, requiring major surgery. Fortunately, he’s healed and racing again, most recently competing in the Vineman Ironman in Sonoma, California, where he placed 175th overall out of 2300 athletes. He recently qualified for the Boston Marathon at the Big Cottonwood Marathon in Utah in September. The remainder of his 2016 schedule includes Ironman Arizona in November, and the Boston Marathon in April, 2017.
