On a scale of 1-10 I give Grant an 11! We really enjoyed working with him and never did we feel pressure and always felt he had our best interests at heart. Additionally he has a wealth of knowledge in the area and coming from out of town this was extremely beneficial. It's not an easy market for buyers right now so having someone so responsive and informed was key in helping us find the perfect place after months of searching. I highly recommend Grant!

We worked with Grant while looking for a home in Ventnor. We had been looking for a while, and worked with another agent/agency, saw many homes, but not THE one. It seemed like she lost interest, or felt we were not serious enough. We found an interesting property, called the listing agency BHHS FOX, and Grant met us at the house. He was personable and anxious to assist us in our search. In the coming weeks, he sent us prospective listings and when we found a property that we wanted, he negotiated price and other issues that we requested. Also, since Grant grew up in this area, he was able to answer our questions and recommend businesses and restaurants. It was a very easy process and we are happily settled in our new home.
