Real estate is a passion for Grant Rinehimer. After studying Business Management at Misericordia University, Grant excelled in customer service-related positions for several years. He credits those years of experience for understanding the overall importance of the customer experience and for his track record of ensuring positive client interaction. Grant’s focus shifted toward real estate sales and his passion for helping others reach their goals through buying and selling properties. To realize that objective, Grant studied real estate at The Pennsylvania Real Estate Academy and began his successful career in the real estate industry.

Grant has extensive experience in residential (including luxury) sales. His business motto is, “Luxury is an experience, not a price point.” Grant represents buyers (including first-time homebuyers) and sellers. He is proficient with conventional, FHA, and VA loan products. Grant is also knowledgeable about commercial real estate transactions.

Grant enjoys “The Process,” which includes creating relationships and seeing his clients happy (he remembers their smiles the most). His most memorable and gratifying transaction enabled a family reunification. One aspect Grant always looks forward to during transactions is building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Grant was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania and currently resides in Nanticoke. He dedicates his spare time to health and wellness, reading, learning, spending time with family and friends, and walking his dogs, Rocky and Luna, both rescues.

Grant represents buyers and sellers throughout the Kingston, Forty Fort, Edwardsville, Nanticoke, Wilkes-Barre, Mountain Top, Back Mountain, Moosic, and Harvey’s Lake areas and is adept at handling all types of real estate transactions.
