About GRANT

As a seasoned real estate professional, I've been extremely blessed with a Real Estates career spanning over 30 years. My journey in the world of Real Estate and Real Estate Finance began in 1991 when I obtained my first Real Estate license while living in Southern California. After several years in the industry, I was more focused and determined to expand my knowledge so I could better serve my clients. After honing my skills in customer service, client relations, transactional processes and procedures, and negotiations in real estate sales and real estate finance under the tutelage of a few great mentors, I was craving more independence in the industry and a new direction in my life. So I took the leap after being issued my California Broker license in 1999 and started a Real Estates sales and mortgage consulting firm. In 2005, I expanded my reach to the east coast after receiving my Maryland Brokers license so that I could serve my hometown family, friends and colleagues with our Real Estate and mortgage services. But now after discovering the St Augustine area on one of our many family trips up and down the East Coast, my wife and I decided to relocate our family and expand our Real Estate Sales business to cover the greater Jacksonville, St Augustine, Palm Coast markets with an emphasis on St Augustine, Palencia, Nocatee and the Ponte Vedra Beach areas. In March of 2022, I achieved the esteemed title of Associate Broker, and the team leader of The Warner Group FL at RE/MAX Unlimited, located in Ponte Vedra, Fl. And now with our team members licensed in both Maryland and Florida, The Warner Group has been actively representing both buyers and sellers in and around our home town of Annapolis, Maryland, as well as our new coverage area in the neighborhoods of Ponte Vedra and St Augustine.
