About Greg

Greg Arcara was born to be a realtor. Not only does he have a great sense of community and family, a tremendous grasp of the market, and a knowledge of the Birmingham local neighborhoods that rivals James Spann, but he also has a keen eye for design and architecture.

No wonder he has been successful in the industry for thirty years. When Greg decided to follow his lifelong dream and open his own company in 2010, Arcara Residential, LLC (Limited Liability Corporation). was born.

Adding to the roles of broker and owner, Greg has a lengthy list of accomplishments and associations: served on the Board of Directors of the Birmingham Association of Realtors; served on and chaired dozens of BAR committees; certified as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative; Member of Club of Excellence; Member of Alabama and National Association of Realtors.

A native of Homewood, Alabama, Greg, and his family live in Hoover. Greg is excited to have recently moved the Arcara Residential office to a historic little bungalow home that he renovated himself in Old Town Helena.
