Greg Butell

Collaborating with buyers and sellers, more importantly people the agent considers having great relationships with, has been Greg’s passion since 1998. His 23+ years of real estate experience and negotiation skills can work to the advantage of the buyer or seller when buying or selling a home. He is currently a Leawood Kansas resident, previously in the Brookside area of Kansas City, and fully versed and licensed on both sides of the state line, Kansas, and Missouri. Greg is always expanding his knowledge of innovative technology and the ever-changing real estate market. Early in his career, he earned his GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations.

Greg is a people person. He loves are warm weather, the beach, yard work, dogs, Louise Penny books, Netflix, and theatre. Greg may just be seen on one of the many Kansas City theatre stages.
