Greg Chiakulas

Greg Chiakulas is a licensed real estate broker who is born and raised in Chicago and has a strong understanding of the real estate market in both the city and surrounding suburbs. He specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the city of Chicago and suburbs. Greg has participated in numerous real estate training and investment courses and is very well versed in how to accurately value properties. He has worked with sellers, home-buyers and investors. In addition, Greg has a strong sales and marketing background, having worked in business development and sales at NorthShore University HealthSystem and Presence Health. But, he has always had an interest in real estate because of the opportunity to help other people navigate through one of the most important decisions of their lives. “Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and at times can be downright scary. I am here to help guide people through the entire process, and I will work tirelessly to exceed your expectations.” Greg graduated from the University of Iowa with Bachelor’s Degrees in Journalism & Mass Communication and the Biological Sciences. In his free time, Greg enjoys running and lifting weights, playing sports and reading a good book.
