Simply put, Greg goes above & beyond the call of duty. He was referred to us by friends of ours and we couldn't be more pleased with the help he provided. He displayed a remarkable understanding of the area & the real estate market in general, as well as a studied knowledge of each of the properties that we looked at, which were many. Being somewhat indecisive about such a big commitment, we looked and weighed options for 6 months, during which Greg gave us just the right amount of attention, keeping in contact but not hounding or being pushy as some in sales tend to be. He took us to see several sites multiple times, always accommodating our schedule, often on short notice. He got a firm grasp on what we were looking for, geared us in the right direction, gave us sound advice on what price we were apt to get, and helped us through the buying process. I have known Greg for many years, even before he got into the Real Estate business. I have always found his advice to be honest and straight forward. His knowledge of the real estate market in Lexington and the surrounding counties is exceptionable. He puts his clients interest first and will always be there when you need him. You can find no better real estate agent in the central Kentucky area.

We highly recommend Greg to help you with your real estate needs. Greg has assisted us with the purchase of farmland and acreage, the acquisition of rental property and the sale of several residences. We found him to be extremely professional yet easy to talk to. Greg listens to his clients but he is also honest and upfront about any issues which may arise. He guided us through the process of buying, selling and closing and helped us deal with the inevitable stresses of these situations. Even though Greg has been our realtor through several moves, we now consider him a family friend.

Greg took care of my every need, and then some! He went out of his way, more than once, to provide very Professional help in selling my home. I had already moved 170 miles away.
