Greg Eide

Having been a resident of the Willamette Valley since age 5, I have a long history in the area. I grew up in the Santiam Canyon, and moved to Salem in the 11th grade, graduating from McNary High School. I continued my education at Seattle Pacific University obtaining a BA in Business/Accounting and beginning a very successful 25 year business/CPA career in the Salem area. Being a lifetime athlete, coach and sports fan, I subsequently earned a Masters Degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University - Irvine, Ca. In 2012, I was Athletic Director at Scio High School for one year, earning Oregon 3A Athletic Director of the Year. In 2013, I moved to Corban University in Salem and was Director of Athletics for 5 years culminating in being named 2017 Athletic Director of the Year in the Cascade Collegiate Conference, which consists of 11 universities in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

After a second short-lived attempt at retirement, I once again found my life most fulfilling when I am engaged and impacting other's lives. As a result, I decided to pursue another lifetime passion of mine - real estate and business opportunities. In both of these areas, I am able to utilize my expertise and lifetime experiences to help others acquire assets that will provide enjoyment, create lifetime memories and add family wealth.

In 2018, I co-founded Realty ONE Group Willamette Valley and Realty ONE Group At the Beach, helping grow it to 5 offices and 65-75 brokers by 2022 when I sold my 50% interest to my co-founder.
