Working with Greg Elwin to sell my parents' house was wonderful. He lined up great contractors to get needed projects done in a timely manner, and helped me to work through some challenging issues that came up during the sale. I had never sold a home before, but Greg walked me through the whole process and made what could have been very difficult, more manageable. Greg is very knowledgeable, and was available whenever I had questions or concerns. I enjoyed working with Greg, and will use his services in the future.

It was amazing how committed Greg was to helping us find not only what we wanted but working through so many ups/downs and process. Our goal was to either build a home the way we wanted or to find one that miraculously checked all out boxes. From walking through forests, standing in the rain, beating back black berry bushes, and tromping through bogs Greg was there. 100 miles north, then another 100 south, Greg was there. He not only kept us encouraged but worked us through so many complicated process. Helping to understand various and unique county rules and regulations around so we could know what we might be biting off with each prospect of land. Even as we looked at homes the knowledge and commitment was there.
I would recommend Greg to any friend and family for the trust and commitment he delivers. Needless to say, we ended up getting our dream place. Thank you Greg.

I can’t express enough, how much more enjoyable and smooth a transaction in Real Estate can go, when both the Listing Agent & Buyers Agent work as a team to see it through to the end, no matter what curve ball got thrown at us, me as the Listing Agent wasn’t alone. Greg was such an awesome Buyers Agent to work with, and was ready and willing to be at the front line with me to take on all curve balls, thrown our way! With all the unexpected hiccups, we teamed up and made it happen! At the end of the day, our jobs are to create a memorable and exciting process with as little stress as can be. A good Agent will take on the world for their clients, even if it’s getting down and dirty! From the very first moment Greg and I connected, his calm, professional, knowledgeable and warm demeanor were present and engaged. He quickly grasped the parameters of my search, and rolled with it as the search shifted and refined. He offered valuable leads as well as smart and insightful observations about the properties I discovered. Together, we visited several properties, and he actively reached out to the listing agent in each case, to gather details not obvious from the listing itself. Though Greg has several clients engaged at any one time, I never felt an absence of his attention -- he was responsive to calls, texts, and emails, with that same reassuring, kind, calm demeanor.
