I had the most amazing experience with Greg and his team. Highlights were his communication, his patience as I asked all my questions and listed any and all concerns, and his ability to explain the market and value my house incredibly clear. He stayed focused on MY goals and his response time to everything was so fast! I felt taken care of and that's so important when going through the stress of selling a house! And that was the best part...the stress truly was taken away because of how much they communicated and kept me in the 'know' on a regular basis. Cannot recommend him more! Oooh and the pictures and videos of the house that they took....made me fall in love with the house all over again :)

For those of you looking for that special, top performing agent to either sell your home or find you a new one, not only can you not go wrong, but will be pleasantly pleased with the choice of Greg Erikson. His professionalism and communication style are the best. He sold our home on 5 acres in Sammamish in a matter of weeks, with multiple cash offers. Greg is phenomenal at what he does. His joy and pride in what he does shows each time he communicates with you as the seller or the buyer. What I enjoy most about working with Greg is that he truly loves to help people and that is why he is so great at what he does. Greg helped us buy our first home in Stanwood and then 2 years later helped us sell our home when my work transferred me to Phoenix. He helped negotiated a higher sold price for our home and we were able to get much more than asking price. I always recommend Greg and his team.

I can’t say enough positive about my experience with Greg. A longtime friend, his entry into the real estate business happily coincided with my reentry into the ranks of homeownership. We toured many homes, and not once did I ever get the impression that I wasn’t his only client. He was incredibly responsive, never once hesitated about showing us some dilapidated fixer-upper in the back woods somewhere, and in the end helped us buy the home of our dreams, in the area of my dreams, in which we will spend the rest of our years. His service did not end at the sale. He helped with many things afterwards as well. This was not because he thought he’d get another sale from us, or that we were his friends. He did it because it was the right thing to do, something that more people should. Quite frankly, you should work with him because it’s the right thing to do, too.
