With my extensive background in construction, the real estate industry was a natural fit. I own and or manage 10 commercial/industrial properties and have developed several small (under 10,000sf) projects.
I don’t simply sell to customers,I can help them through the process of financing, finding land, getting plans together, finding a contractor , building the project and getting it leased up. As such, the commercial portion of the real estate business is and has been my specialty for years.
