Greg Kilroy graduated from the University of Arizona with dual majors in Finance and Real Estate and has been licensed since 2003. In his initial year, he received the “Rookie of the Year” award for Keller Williams Southwest and was named a finalist in the Phoenix Business Journal’s Real Estate Superstars edition in the Rookie category.
Greg is a strong believer in training and education and has obtained the professional designations as a GRI, CNE, ABR, CLHMS with Million Dollar Guild, CDPE, and AHD. He has also attended Keller Williams Training; MREA Base Camp, Mega Agent Camp, Keller Williams Luxury Retreat, KW Family Reunion, Masterminds, BOLD, and has been in MAPS Mastery Coaching for more than 5 years. He LOVES negotiation and reads all he can to improve that critical area of his business.
He began teaching in 2004 and credits the time in front of a class for sharpening his skills, in particular when it relates to objection handling. If Greg wasn’t a real estate agent, he would probably be a full-time teacher somewhere.
Greg is the founder of the Velocity Group at Keller Williams Sonoran Living in Scottsdale. And now partners the team with his wife Ellen Fankhanel Kilroy. Their team focuses on Architectural and Luxury Properties, and in working primarily by referral, THEY HELP GOOD PEOPLE AT ALL PRICE POINTS. Now having closed over $150 Million in transactions, and as they learn something with every deal, they have expert level experience behind them.
A former amateur bicycle racer, Greg now rides mountain and road bikes for fun. He recently completed backpacking the 800-mile Arizona Trail, is an amateur photographer and gardener, and expert smart aleck.
