About Greg

New to Wilhelm & Associates Realtors, and the Real Estate Industry in 2014. After spending 25 years in the Information Technology Industry as a programmer, and being the owner of a successful neighborhood pub for the last 16 years, Real Estate seemed like a nice way to ease into semi­retirement.

Greg has always enjoyed building, buying, and selling his own properties. He Built his first home, a custom lakefront in1992, and sold it in 2002 after purchasing the pub in 1998, and listing it this year.
