My family and I got in touch with Greg through a mutual connection after pounding our head against the wall for months try to sell our dad's condo. We had tried Zillow, chatted with other agents but nobody was as responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable as Greg and the team.

As a group trying to sell in Florida from Canada, it is not easy to manage all the different aspects of things being so far away but Greg went above and beyond giving us access to other vendors we needed, taking on things while we were busy in our lives, and just overall being the agent you need and want, all at the same time.

Cannot thank them enough. Would love to say it was a clean process but as with any real estate deals, there were plenty of twists and turns. Yet Greg and the team were always available and we felt we could always trust their opinion. I think I speak for my entire clan when I say we wouldn't have gotten here (a sold condo for a good price and finally cleaning out my dad's estate) without them.

Recently, Greg from Sterling Realty helped us with the purchase of a condominium in Venice, Fl, which we purchased as an investment property.
Greg took the time to review our needs carefully and ultimately, he found us the perfect property. He guided us through the transaction which went off without a hitch.

Greg Martin and Sterling Realty were terrific to work with on selling our home in Sarasota. Easy to talk to, answered all of our questions, and very patient and supportive when it took a while for us to make the final decision to list our house. Once our home was listed, photos were taken that really highlighted the rooms and yard.

Within just a few days, there were 10 offers, and Greg helped us look at the pros and cons of each one before we chose a great offer over the asking price!

As out of state sellers, we really appreciated that Greg made arrangements for the few repairs that were needed. The process getting to closing was smooth and quick!

For the last five years, Toni James a long time Sterling Leasing Manager has performed outstanding service. What impresses us is her willingness and very capable skills to research, expedite and solve the many issues that occur when renting on a seasonal basis. She "knows" the real estate market at the Meadows. We have been renting at the Meadows for 12 years and joined Sterling when Greg a Terri purchased the business. They provide a holistic approach for both renters and for the home owners.

For the 3rd time we have enjoyed (along with a houseguest) the boat tour so generously provided by Sterling for all their guests/clients. It is fun to meet other "happy" Sterling guests and to take advantage of the marvelous Marine-Biologist who imparts so much information about Sarasota Bay and all the marine life. Terri and Greg are always so gracious, friendly and take time to speak with all. What a great lunch that was included ….just perfect for being on the water. Their program to support Johns Hopkins Children Center is most impressive ….as is all that they do!! We are VERY grateful to be included in this event.
