I am an experienced residential and real estate broker here in Scottsdale and the metro Phoenix, Arizona area. I represent both sellers and buyers. I am part of a dynamic team of professionals with an extensive track record of successful transactions and satisfied clients, assisting many of them with several sales over the years. As a resident of the Scottsdale/Fountain Hills area for almost 30 years, I am very familiar with and knowledgeable about the surrounding communities. subdivisions, schools, local amenities, recreation opportunities, etc. In addition, I am a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS 2021942) with Green Home Loans (NMLS 2464753) in Scottsdale, AZ. I chose to become licensed so I could offer yet another valuable service to my cherished real estate clients. I am actively involved in the community. I currently serve on the Budget and Finance Committee for the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS, the Scottsdale Ranch Lake Committee, the Operations/Maintenance crew at my church, and am the co-founder of two large community groups for the past 12 years. On the personal side, I enjoy a long list of activities (when I can find the time to do them!) which include: Golf, fishing, boating/kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, camping, and many other outdoor activities. I also love to travel when possible. I am a big "foodie", and enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes and restaurants.
