I worked with Greg Moore as a seller. My property was a condominium and we listed it in late June during the very middle of the Covid pandemic. Greg managed the MLS listing, photographs, keys, access, and multiple showings from the start. We had competing offers and Greg gave advice and consultation to analyze the offers. We had inspections and closing all within 30 days of the listing. From the history I can find my unit seems to be the highest price of that size and type in the complex. I'm thrilled with results, you really can't do better than that.

The aspect I enjoyed most working with Greg was communication. Greg answered the phone every time with few exceptions and then called back within the hour. The follow up and attention to concerns, requests and questions was excellent. His communication and follow up was excellent.
