Greg Ozimec

Gregory Ozimec has been a lifelong resident of Orange County, and active full-time as an Orange County commercial real estate broker since March, 1986. During his career, Greg has brokered over $2 billion in sale and lease transactions. Greg founded Industrial Brokers in 2007-handling nearly $40 million in transactions that year. Since 2016 Greg has represented clients in over $200 million in Orange County land and redevelopment properties. Greg's area of specialization is the Orange County Industrial and Investment market.

Gregory’s past client list includes the Los Angeles Times, Wells Fargo Bank, CT Realty, Fortress Investment Group and Burke Development. Prior to founding Industrial Brokers, Gregory frequently ranked among the "Top Ten" Sales Leaders for Voit Commercial Brokerage, a 100+ broker firm which generates over $3 Billion per year in transactions.
