About Greg
Greg Palombi has been a commercial real estate broker since 1997. After relocating to Asheville from Telluride, CO in 1997 with his wife Katy, Greg began working in real estate in Asheville and the Western North Carolina region as both a Certified Appraiser and a Real Estate Broker. These days his focus is on small and large tract land redevelopment and sales, commercial brokerage, custom and historical home sales, and consulting. Greg graduated from Clemson University in 1991 with a BS in Marketing and has a proven background in both commercial and residential construction. Other properties in which he has experience include: horse properties, multifamily, short term rentals, and commercial sales and leasing. Since his career started in Western North Carolina it is estimated that he has closed more than 400 commercial, land, and residential transactions. Outside of real estate, Greg enjoys spending time with my family and playing golf as much as possible.
