Wow where to begin? Greg worked with us while we were out of state, touring houses virtually via Facetime, and then when we moved to MN he made himself available 24/7 on our house hunt. Greg knows so much more than the average realtor, he knows all about home construction and repair and potential issues, we learned so much and took mountains of notes, and we've owned two houses beforehand. When my in-laws decided to sell their house on the spur of the moment we got a hold of Greg and he got the house on the market very quickly and helped us sell it in two days for more than the asking price. Greg is a true professional knows his job well and how to handle all situations. My in-laws are in their 80s and Greg was excellent at explaining every little detail to them so they understood what was about to happen, very patient and calm.
