Greg is simply the best!! As first time homebuyers with about 5 wildly different visions of what our dream home could look like and a geographic range spanning 6 counties, we could not have been easy clients to work with. Throughout the process, Greg was patient and upbeat, driving us all over the state, and encouraging us when the cutthroat market squashed our dreams (multiple times). He gave excellent advice about the condition of each house we saw & was not afraid to explore a crawl space or hoist my partner up into an attic to get the full lay of the land. Even though our budget was at the bottom of the market, Greg always made us feel like we were a top priority. On the day we finally found our home, Greg slotted us in last minute between two other evening viewings and stayed up late negotiating our offer with the selling agent. He made a sometimes harrowing process truly enjoyable & I believe he was genuinely as thrilled as we were when he handed us the keys to our new home!

My wife and I could not imagine working with anyone else during the home buying process. We were complete newcomers to real estate, but Greg guided us to a home that met all of our needs (in one of the most competitive housing markets possible). He provided nothing but patience, understanding, and expert guidance throughout our journey as first time home buyers. Greg's depth of knowledge spanned all aspects of real estate, from home construction and maintenance to business etiquette. In the end, his tireless scouting found us the home of our dreams. We can't thank him enough!

We’ve known Greg as real estate agent on both buying a home and selling a home, and he is AMAZING. He really is thinking about his clients’ best interests and was honest and clear on details, risks, and what to expect. One of his superpowers is his ability to see things spatially and his expert skills on construction and remodel - he knows what it will take to make changes and fixes regarding construction and when we needed some remodel guidance, Greg was there with his tools helping with some complicated carpentry! Highly recommend him!
