What can I say! Greg is AWESOME! My fiancée and I were finally in the market for our first house. We chose Greg because we thought he was best fit to find out a house and he did! After looking at multiple places we were able to find our new home that we absolutely love. Greg was able to guide us throughout the whole process which made things a lot less stressful when it comes to home buying. We would absolutely go back to him when its time to sell and find our next home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

Greg is the best real estate partner I could ever ask for!! My fiancé and I worked with Greg in purchasing our first home! We didn’t know what to expect for the process or how to be competitive in a seller’s market. Greg was there throughout the whole emotional roller coaster with me - and mind you, I was all sorts of crazy.

Home buying definitely brought out the worst in me. There were times when I’d cry and want to give up because someone just put in an all cash offer on my dream home and I’d be down in the slumps for a few days. There were also times when I wanted to flip a table over because I felt like the world was against me - we didn’t have the best experience with the listing agents we worked with. Greg was there for me through it all - he was always positive, kept my spirits up, and motivated me to continue searching. We ended up closing on a home we really liked and Greg did his research to make sure we stayed within market value of the home!

Greg is super responsive, even at odd hours in the morning and night. He’s also very connected in the industry - he introduced us to a great mortgage broker/lender and we were able to lock in a great interest rate.

If you’re looking for a supportive partner throughout the home buying process, then look no further! Greg’s someone that will be as invested as you are, if not more, to find that dream home for you. And if you hit a few bumps on the road during the search and want to make a stop to flip some tables, Greg will be right there with you :) What more can you ask for?

Greg is simply the best!! His cheerful personality made me feel like I was communicating with my friend vs just being a business transaction. Greg was open, honest, and responsive throughout the entire buying process. Buying a house in this economy can be stressful, Greg made it easy. First offer accepted, and we closed in 21 days. 10/10 would recommend

Greg is absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the more complex aspects of buying a home. Greg was there every step of the way during the buying process. He even came to the closing! He seems to actually care vs just making a sale. Greg is supportive, knowledgeable, personable, and down to earth - what more could you ask for? He took the stress out of buying a home. Highly recommended.

Greg is one of the most instrumental person that came to me, and my family's lives recently.
He is smart, passionate, knowledgeable and loves every moment of what he does.
