We started our search for our Forever Retirement Home with an entire Laundry List of wants and needs for our lifestyle. Our task looked insurmountable. There were so many items (including our budget) that were mutually exclusive that we got burned out looking through listings and viewing properties. Greg was our hero! He navigated the market keeping us from wasting time on endless listings that he knew we weren't interested in. At the same time he kept leading us closer and closer to the combination that would work for us. When we finally found our dream home in this heated real estate market we lost it to a higher bid. GREG DIDN'T STOP! We continued out search. But when the sale of that home fell through he brought us back with a LOWER bid than our first offer and worked a difficult seller into agreement and signing! As if this saga wasn't long enough, we were "pre-approved" for our mortgage, but when we got started on closing our mortgage company started giving us problems. Greg contacted a second mortgage company and started us working with them. Faced with losing the loan our first mortgage company changed their mind and helped out. We closed and our transition to our retirement dream has begun! We were in Indiana. He was in Orlando, and yet he was as close as our phone or a text at any moment from start to finish. Greg was Professional, Christian, and RELENTLESS! I've never even heard of any broker working as hard or as long as Greg did for us. What he said on the first day carried through to our finish: "I won't be happy until we find the home that will make YOU happy!" On a scale of 5 Stars, Greg is a Twelve! You just don't find this level of help anywhere!

First let me start out by saying Greg Sizer has the best attitude. He was always calm and positive throughout our home search experience. We were making a drastic move from Miami to Lake county and had very little luck finding properties. Greg helped us and guided us through this very stressful process. It was a breeze. We met Greg by inquiring about a property he had listed. When we met we knew instantly he would be our go to realtor. We now live in our beautiful home and are permanent Lake County residents. Thank you Greg!!!
