Our experience with Greg Sizer of Right Realty Connection

We bought a 1800+ sqft 3/2 plus office on a canal to Lake Eustis. 1/4 acre in a very quiet neighborhood and we can see the lake from the mail box!

Greg is the best! A 100% honest person that actually protects his client, makes sure you get the best price and people. He also will walk you through every step of the way, teach you what to look for and watch out for.
My wife and I took a look at multiple houses with Greg and he would walk us through and give us an a straight answer on why we shouldn't pick that home. Whether the floor was spongey or the workmanship on a rehab was not up to par, etc.
Greg is not 9 - 5. Many times we had questions at 7, 8, 9 at night and he took time to answer them.
After looking at about 6 houses my wife and I bought one. Greg walked us through the house showing us the bones are in fine shape and where we would need to do cosmetic work. He explained the neighborhood, a fair price and fought for partial closing cost on cosmetic repairs which is basically unheard of in a market where a house is available for 7 days or less especially on the water.
The team of people he works with (Inspector) went through and gave a very detailed / thorough report with pictures of even every minor cosmetic flaw.
The Mortgage broker he referred us to was also honest and straight forward. 2.75% Not bad! She locked us in just prior to the rate increase and made sure it happened.
If you are looking for a Realtor you would be foolish not to have Greg Sizer as your Realtor. He is honest, protects you, works for you and is straight shooter.
Protect yourself especially in the crazy housing market because other Realtors are taking advantage of people.
My friends will be moving to Florida in a couple of years and they already agreed to go with Greg Sizer at Right Reality based on our experience.

If anyone is looking to buy a home I would like to suggest Greg Sizer. He is an absolute joy to work with. He makes sure he has all background knowledge of a property prior to his arrival. Will tell you what you need to hear and not just what you want to hear (the truth). He’s open and honest and does his best to make everything as easy, smooth, and understandable as possible.
