The Army told me to move in 29 days... we contacted Greg on Friday 21 Feb based on a friend's recommendation. He met with us Sunday the 23rd. Our house was pending sale by 1 p.m. Tuesday, 25 Feb for exactly the price we asked for, plus $3,000 in closing. He then helped us find a new house - we physically viewed 8 listings and found our home by the end of Friday, 28 Feb. and bought it with $10k in equity. We completed the hardest part of moving in one week because of Greg. If you want someone who gets things done, this is your realtor.
