We met Greg and his wife when we were casually browsing homes in The Villages. Greg and his wife had an open house there and he showed us the home. We were impressed with Greg and his wife's demeanor and I took his card for future reference. Two years later I had to find a property within 45 days because of a 1031 exchange. Greg worked tirelessly with me showing me any home I asked to see. He knew the area extremely well and easily handled all the changes in requirements I had. He also previewed a few homes for me and wrote a detailed report on them. I eventually bought one of those homes sight unseen. That's a testament as to how much I trusted Greg's analysis. But getting to the purchase point wasn't easy. Greg worked hard for me. Frankly, if I was a real estate agent I probably would have given up on me. But he stuck with me. We plan to use Greg as our real estate agent for any future real estate transactions including buying the home we will live in when we move to sunny Florida. Jim Y.

Sept. 1, 2014 This is an introduction and recommendation for the services of Greg Wood, Realtor. We search, found and entered into the process of purchasing a bank held repossession property; which became exceedingly difficult and complex along the way. However, through the efforts of Mr. Wood all the hurdles of closing became less stressful. Greg was not only dedicated to the task, but energetically diligent in sticking with the project, in finalizing its closure. The conclusion of the purchase could not have been achieved without the maximum efforts by Greg. He is not only professional, but a gentleman; very considerate of his clients’ needs and above all while prioritizing their interests.
