A Kansas native, Greg was raised in Derby and has lived in Wichita all his life. He began his real estate career in 1992 at a small, local company and eventually moved to a large franchise where he achieved local and national accolades as a top agent since 2002. Greg’s sales experience has ranged from a $4,000 property to a $1.7 Million estate. He has also represented several Wichita builders with their spec home and custom home sales, adding land development, construction and new home product knowledge to his marketing expertise.
He believes that when you focus on the one or two things that you do best, while working with others who are doing the same, you create a well-managed and highly productive unit. Greg prides himself in having exceptional organizational skills and uses goal setting techniques to achieve desired results, a habit developed from his early years in management at The Boeing Company.
Greg is married with 2 young adult sons, and enjoys watching and participating in all types of motorsport racing. He has a love for cars (especially rare and collector cars) and spending a couple of days in the Florida Keys when time permits. Which isn’t as often as he would like!
