Starting as a door-to-door salesman, Gregg eventually became a General Manager overseeing North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, managing 400 employees.

In 2003, Gregg made the decision to get licensed in the real estate industry, a choice he considers one of the best he has ever made. Drawing on his experiences in the corporate world, Gregg applies various skill sets to better serve his real estate clients. These skills include:
