Meet Greg Brock, a real estate agent with deep roots in the East Bay. Greg’s family moved to the Bay Area when he was three years old, following his father's enrollment as a graduate student at U.C. Berkeley. After living in University Village, Berkeley, and Pinole, Greg's family settled in Point Richmond, where he spent most of his childhood, attending Washington Elementary School, Downer Junior High, and John F. Kennedy High School. During Greg’s early years, his mother was a dancer in the Oakland Ballet.
After graduating from U.C. Berkeley as an English major and election to Phi Beta Kappa, Greg earned a law degree from U.C. Berkeley's prestigious law school. He spent over 25 years as a successful litigation attorney in the Bay Area, gaining valuable experience in a broad range of civil lawsuits, including many real-estate related matters such as landlord-tenant cases and neighbor disputes over encroachments, easements, and landslides. He has extensive experience negotiating, advocating, and strategizing, and has hands-on knowledge of legal traps to avoid.
Now a full-time real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty in Berkeley, Greg draws upon his legal background to ensure that his clients’ transactions are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.
