About Gregory

I’ve always know that I belonged in real estate and since my family has been involved in the business of real estate brokerage, property management, commercial development and building for over 90+ years, it’s no real surprise that ended up here. In fact you could say that I’m “genetically predisposed” to being in the business, but even though I obtained my real estate license in 2003, I took a little detour before focusing on being a traditional real estate agent as a full time venture.

I’ve always been entrepreneurial and owned a small building and construction company doing everything from ground-up new construction residential building to additions and commercial fit-outs. I also owned an environmental consulting and remediation company doing everything from residential & commercial tank removal and remediation, structural support, industrial cleaning, water damage restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, USEPA Superfund Site remediation, Hazardous Materials & Emergency Spill Response services and even radioactive material decontamination services. I also began investing in real estate in 2004, purchasing my first rental property and moved into doing flips and wholesaling as a way to get my real estate fix.

What I discovered over the years I was involved in the construction and remediation fields and real estate investment is that in addition to my creative side, I excelled at contract writing & negotiation, and both legal and technical writing as well. Coupling my construction & remediation background along with my investor background, in addition to my contract, negotiation and writing skills truly separates me from all of the other agents.

When I’m representing a seller or a buyer, I see things that traditional agents don't. My specialized skillset and experience means not only that you will get the straight facts and insight, but I am also better equipped to write a winning offer and negotiate offers on behalf of my clients.
