As a native of the Philadelphia area, it was easy for Gregory to become an expert in the Greater Center City real estate market. His knowledge of Center City sales trends, up-and-coming areas and current “hot neighborhoods” have put him at the forefront of Philadelphia’s real estate market.

Specializing in row home and condominium sales in the Greater Center City area, Gregory’s sales extend from South Philly to Rittenhouse and Washington Square West, into Fairmount and north to Port Richmond.

Gregory has a thorough understanding of Center City condominium living. Gregory began his professional career as an urban landscape architect after receiving his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Temple University. After a decade in the design field, his portfolio includes award-winning projects like the Town Center at the Navy Yard and the Villanova University Pedestrian Improvement Plan.
