As a Maryland native, Greg knows the local market. Upon completion of his degree at the University of Maryland, College Park, he decided to settle in Bethesda and immerse himself in a career in real estate. Greg grew up in a family with a company that focused on residential development, where he gained experience in renovation, building, and interior design. His decade of experience, background, and passion for the industry provide him with a distinct edge, whether marketing a property to its fullest potential or assisting clients in finding their dream home. Greg specializes in helping clients visualize the potential of properties that require major renovation or ground-up new construction. Through these experiences, Greg has become adept in recognizing clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations, ensuring their experience is a positive one. Greg currently resides in Bethesda with his husband, three step children, and two dogs. In his free time he enjoys renovating homes and traveling the world. Greg works across all price points and is licensed in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
