We recently had the pleasure of working with Greg Godding to find our new home in Georgia. After several months of searching on our own through Zillow/Redfin etc., we were referred to Greg through a trusted family friend. As first-time home buyers, we were initially apprehensive about navigating the process, but Greg's guidance and support truly made us feel at ease. From the start, Greg felt like someone we had known for a while, he scheduled house views throughout different towns we had interest in, and most importantly, he never made us feel pressured. Even upon making an offer, Greg still didn't make us feel pressured to commit. He explained everything in detail and would provide us with sources so that we can rest assure that certain steps were necessary. Considering, we are coming from out of state, the need to learn the differences from state to state was important for us. About a year into our search, we found our home and we couldn't be more grateful to have worked with him. His transparency, patience, organizational skills and knowledge helped make this process a lot smoother and quick. Greg was always a step ahead which took away a lot of stress for us. Thank you Greg!!!

I have bought two homes with Greg, including my first home purchase. Both times Greg has been an absolute profession down to every single detail. He provides sound advise but doesn't rush you into the decision. Which is critical when making such an important decision. We also introduced him to several other colleagues and all have said the same. I would unequivocally work with Greg again and recommend to anyone looking for a real estate transaction.

Outstanding....We were out of state sellers, but Greg took care of everything. He suggested maintenance, and repairs to help sell the , and handled all of the contractors for us. We were selling at a bad time of year, but Greg called back all of the Real Estate buyer's agents that showed the property, seeing if they still had interest. At times, I felt like we were Greg's only Sellers. He kept us up to date on scheduled work, showings, the current market dynamics. I have bought or sold over a dozen homes in my life, and Greg is without a doubt the best real estate agent I have ever worked with.

Greg helped me find my first home 9 years ago. It was the perfect fit for my growing family! He has worked with myself and my husband over the past 2-3 years to find our perfect home to be closer to my parents. The housing market has been relentless, but he's been there to support us through it all. He was never pushy and showed us a countless number of homes until we landed on a new build. We closed on the sale on our current home yesterday and will close on the new build in late June, 2023. The process has been seamless with his guidance. Working with Greg was a great experience, especially during a time with so much uncertainty in the housing market. He was always very accommodating, and even when he was out of town - he would make sure there was someone else from his team to help us tour potential homes.

Greg is very knowledgeable about the whole home buying process, and does a wonderful job in explaining exactly what is going on, what our options are, and the likelihoods of our chances to submit a winning bid for a home. At no point did we feel any pressure from Greg to make a decision that we weren't comfortable with. He is also well connected with other individuals in the space that helped make sure we had a very smooth process in purchasing our home.

Prior to finalizing our home purchase, Greg showed us around 15 - 20 homes throughout a 2 month period on the weekends. He also worked with our schedule and was very flexible in making times work. He understood what we were looking for, and throughout the process gained a better understanding of what homes we were looking for. When we would visit potential homes, he did a great job in pointing out specific minor details in the homes that helped us decide whether the homes were right for us.

When it came to the bidding process, Greg was very clear about the offers that we were making, the contingencies, and the risks associated. As mentioned above, we never felt pressured to make a decision we were not comfortable with, and were always informed about what exactly our offers entailed.

We would highly recommend working with Greg to anyone purchasing a home. He is also well connected with other vendors who can help with home improvements - such as a flooring contact he shared with us that installed new floors in our home. Greg is friendly, attentive, and very on top of his business - which I believe are critical when it comes to working with someone that is helping you buy your future home!

Greg is an amazing realtor! He was referred to me by a colleague, and I'm so glad we were able to meet him and find our house! My wife and I were first time homebuyers and didn't know a lot about the whole process. Greg was extremely patient with us and walked us through the whole process from start to end. He truly cared that our family found the right house and was very honest about homes that we were interested in, helping us look past certain flaws that were not as big as we thought or pointed out flaws that we didn't think we're a big deal. He just wanted us to be happy with whatever house we chose. He wasn't pushy at all. If anything, he urged us to not rush the process. Even when we were outbid on a couple of homes and felt depressed and defeated, Greg was always in our corner keeping our thoughts positive and assuring us that he would help us find the RIGHT home for US.
