I have heard so many horror stories when it comes to realtors that when my husband told me one day he called one in regards to finidng a home I almost cringed. Lucky enough this realtor was Greg. As the months went on it seemed as though Greg actually listened to my husband and I, by sending us ONLY homes in the two communities we wanted to reside in and ONLY in our budget. My Northeast attitude mixed with the fact that we had just relocated to AZ for my job and was beyond busy and stressed isn't always the easiest person to deal with. Greg totally changed that by respecting our wishes, giving us space and allowing us to contact him when we saw a home we were interested in. Greg recommended maybe I speak with a mortgage broker he knew to figure out if we were even ready to buy and if so what our budget really was. Everything was so easy, unstressful and not pushy AT ALL. I remember the day we found our home like it was yesterday. My husband set up an appointment with Greg multiple times, which I cancelled multiple times. Each time my husband set up another appointment I then cancelled yet another appointment. Greg was always calm and collected as if it was no sweat off his back. But my husband finally got me to agree to see a home on a cold Sunday morning. Getting me to even agree to go see a home was not easy as I was arguing with him in the car before Greg arrived, on why we were even looking at the house in the first place. Stepping out of the car and meeting Greg was like a breath of fresh air. He was so down to earth, professional and most of all hilarious. We walked into the house and I knew at that moment this was the house. He quickly drew up the offer letter on Sunday and presented to the homeowners that day. Greg not only dealt with my husband and I, he was efficient, got us the BEST deal possible because he had our best interest at heart and it was as if we had known him our whole life. He gave us restaurant recommendations, Doctors he uses and even a vetenairan. He always answered our calls and responded to emails throughout the entire process. I have to say this was the easiest transaction I have done in my life. It was easier than buying a tv at best buy. I loved him so much I referred my mother to him, whom endedd up purchasing a home through him as well. I will FOREVER use Greg as my realtor.
