The purpose of this letter is to communicate the level of satisfaction we experienced in the recent sale of our home. Our sales agent, Gregory Manns, perfectly handled listing our property, marketing and bringing it to a successful sale. He was the consummate professional dealing with all of our inquiries, concerns, and negotiations, with skill and aplomb. He was always prepared, followed up quickly and competently. It was his diligence that produced such a positive result. My husband, an experienced real estate developer, was not an easy client.
