Gregory Parker helped my wife and me sell our home in Collegeville, Montgomery County PA, in February, 2023. Greg is a full time real estate agent with lots of experience. A true professional with an experienced staff to make everything run smoothly.

We had over 20 showings the first weekend on the market, with five offers, and ended up getting much more than our asking price. Preparing your house for a showing is a lot of work, so we were relieved to be done with that after just one weekend. We had been debating the asking price for a while. Greg very patiently explained the current market, all the comps, the pluses and minuses of our house, and his strategy to get the best price. The sale played out exactly as he predicted, and we were very happy with the final offer.

Greg went above and beyond our expectations during that showing weekend. There were so many showings, we decided to just leave town for the weekend. Greg was there each day to turn on the lights in the morning and back again in the evening to turn them off and make sure everything was locked up. At one point there was a problem in the basement, and Greg was down there with my shop-vac cleaning up water spilled from a clogged drain pipe.

The day of the closing, we were moving into our new house, a four hour drive away. Greg represented us at closing so we would not have to interrupt our move and make that long drive. Everything went smoothly and we had a check deposited in our account that afternoon.

We can’t say enough good things about Gregory Parker. Experienced, honest, always available, and 100% committed to selling our house. You really cannot go wrong choosing Greg to help you sell your home.

Since we were coming from out of state, I had to do a lot of research to find the right real estate agent, instead of just asking around for a referral. From all the website biographies and customer reviews I read, my husband and I chose to work with Greg Parker for the following reasons: his level of education and expertise, the 5-star reviews of past clients, and all the specialty certifications he possesses. Greg is a career agent who devotes himself completely to your home search and is always only a quick text away. In terms of knowledge, he seemed to know as much about homes as a licensed contractor, and as much about certain neighborhoods as someone who might actually live on that street. He was able to give us seasonal advice (since we haven't lived through a northeast winter in a long time), and also school district advice (which oddly enough turned into a job opportunity for me as I am in education). No matter what we needed he was able to provide, and he has a great team of people who are just as fantastic to deal with. Greg recently helped me sell a house that was inherited and in need of repairs. I was offered 90k by a flipper. I then went to a realtor who told me I could only get 70k (most likely had investors in his pocket). Enter Greg Parker, what a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend! My husband and I had been living in our first home for 20 years when we finally decided it was time to make a move. Greg and his team were amazing through what turned out to be a long and sometimes arduous process. Greg set us up with a designer who came and spent a good deal of time with us in every room to provide tips on how we could improve the spaces if we chose to (all optional). We did take all of her recommendations and got to work. Then COVID hit and the market shut down making it impossible to buy or sell homes. The moment the market opened back up, homes were selling so fast you had to get in early and make a decision quick. Greg never hesitated to seemingly drop everything and make sure we were able to see the homes we wanted quickly, sometimes even within the hour so that we had time to structure a bid if it was a home we were interested in. Because the market was so competitive, we lost out on several homes and were starting to get very discouraged but Greg and his team kept us going - personally hunting for homes that would check all our boxes. We finally found the perfect home and thanks to Greg, we were able to structure a really strong offer that put us on top! Once our offer was accepted, we hit a stumbling block with our first lender’s appraisal that put our deal in jeopardy. Greg stepped in and immediately and personally set us up with another lender who was able to save the deal by getting us approved and through appraisal and underwriting in record time. And then it was time to sell our home which Greg did expertly - we had 46 showings in 2 days and over 15 offers - most well over asking. It was an incredibly difficult decision but we narrowed it down to a top 3 but really needed guidance regarding the nuances between each. Greg sat down with us and made sure every single one of our questions was answered making us feel confident we were making the right decision on a buyer for the home we raised our family in. We truly appreciate Greg, Christine, Fern, Keith and any other member of Greg’s network that helped bring our long and sometimes emotional journey to a happy close. We bought our home with Greg in 2008 and had such a great experience then, that we knew there was only one person we were going to call when it was time to sell that house in 2018. Greg is the most responsive, knowledgeable and patient realtor. He had a fantastic marketing plan to help sell our house quickly. We were already under contract on our new home in another state before we were ready to list ours for sale. In 2019 Greg was recommended to us through our Credit Union program. During our first get together in his conference room he recognized we were first time home buyers. He had given us a flow chart that showed us start to finish the whole buying process. He then asked what we were looking for in house style, and used various tools that helped narrow our price range and area. I loved his mannerisms and sense of humor. He pulls it off with being a straight up guy that tells it how it is. He is very easy to get a hold of when it comes to texting, calling or emailing. He always was available to check out a house the same day that was requested of him. He helped me look at all different angles such as the home is lovely, but has an aging HVAC system to be aware to budget for- not deterring a purchase but helping me make a balanced decision. If you are like me, reading reviews in hopes of finding the best realtor to work with, look no further. I took a chance on Greg, and I am so thrilled I found him. My husband and I wanted someone who was smart, straight-forward, honest, reliable, patient, and on our side. Greg was all of that and more.
He was patient and responsive in helping us find a home, which was a years long process. Because of his email alerts in my targeted area, I knew right when homes became available. When we found "our" house, we went to look at it right away and had to make an offer quickly. He represented us and guided us through putting together the best offer so we could get the house in a multiple offer situation. Things went so well, we asked him to help us sell our current house. From start to finish, Greg had a well thought-out plan. By the time the house was on the market, we had several offers in only a few days.
