Gregory Rider

Gregory Rider moved to Vancouver Washington in 2004. Prior to that he lived in the Portland Metro Area for many years while attending Portland Community College and Portland State University obtaining a degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration. For most of his career he has been a Bartender and in Retail Management and has developed a strong skill set of the delicate intricacies of customer service and return customer development.

He purchased his first rental property in 2005, a duplex that has developed into a profitable investment, and he is a single father of an autistic son who, despite many challenges in life, is growing into a young man that he is incredibly proud of. Some of his favorite memories in Vancouver are volunteering as a den leader for his "sensory friendly" Cub Scout Pack... they were even featured on KATU news!

As his personal life of fatherhood and investment property management became major influences on his life, he started an exciting search for a new career and future. He reflected upon his skills and experience in life, his compassion, strength and drive, along with his constant enthusiasm for real estate and his upbeat personality deciding to get his real estate license to help people and their families obtain their dreams of home ownership.

He looks forward to many years of serving the people of Clark County Washington with their real estate needs and will be there from the beginning to the end of the process.
