Gregory Stevens

Gregory is a true Marylander, having lived and/or worked in all corners of the state, including St. Mary's, Frederick, Garrett, Howard, Harford, and Montgomery Counties as well as Ocean City. With over 20 years of residence in Montgomery County, he has Old Bay in his veins.

Before entering the real estate industry, he spent 20+ years working in education, supporting, and guiding families and clients through transitions with consistent and transparent communication. He has a proven track record of developing trusting relationships with his clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Believing in the power of neighborhoods and cohesive communities, he actively participates in several Boards and Commissions within his community, striving to give back whenever possible.

A sports fanatic, he enjoys spending his spare time outdoors, preferably by the water, with his family.
