Greta began her career with Fowler Better Homes and Gardens in Boulder, Colorado, where she became one of the company’s top-selling agents. After several successful years in real estate, she chose to pause her license to raise her twin sons on their small organic farm in the North Fork Valley. During that time, she worked in schools and sales while also volunteering with Citizens for Animal Welfare (CAWS), the Delta County School District, the North Fork Montessori School, and the Paonia Public Library.
When her sons left for college, Greta returned to her first professional passion—real estate. She now combines decades of experience, deep local knowledge, and a lifelong commitment to community service to guide her clients through every step of buying or selling a home.
Greta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. Before entering real estate, she worked as a counselor supporting adolescents and families in schools and hospitals. Outside of work, she enjoys life on her small farm and spends her free time hiking, biking, paddleboarding, skiing, and sharing Colorado’s beauty with her family and friends.
