From the time we met to the time we purchased our home (since the first transaction there have been many more) she has had the keenest follow through. Greta Mestre knows her stuff. She is a long time Reno realtor and understands client parameters and priorities. She’s a fabulous listener and is excellent at research. She’s in the know!

I have been involved in many purchases and sales of real estate. Hands down, Greta is the best broker I have ever worked with and I can't imagine there being anyone better. She knows her market intimately. For those (like me) looking to finance she has an uncanny ability to predict appraised values. She genuinely listened to find out what I was looking for in a home to ensure that I found the perfect home for me. Each visit to Reno, our searches got more and more focused because, with each, she gained a better sense of what appealed to me and focused our efforts accordingly. She never tried to push me into a deal; in fact, her practice always was to point out flaws or repair needs for a home that I might have missed in my walk-throughs. The end result is that, thanks to Greta, I found my "forever home" and I couldn't be happier. On top of all that, Greta is honest, patient, hardworking, and has a wonderful sense of humor. If there were a rating higher than five stars I would give it. Truly, she is one of a kind.
