That may mean preparing and staging the home, coordinating trusted professionals, developing the right pricing strategy and creating a marketing plan designed to reach the largest possible pool of buyers.
My listings receive professional marketing that can include photography, video, 3D tours, digital and social media marketing and today’s best real estate technology. But technology is only part of my approach. I’m also the person with my feet on the ground following up and solving problems, communicating, negotiating and making sure the details don’t fall through the cracks.
For my buyers, my approach is just as personal. I listen. I educate. I don’t pressure you into buying a home simply to make a sale. Whether it takes a week or much longer to find the right home, I’ll be there to give you straightforward advice, help you understand the market and advocate for your best interests when it’s time to make a move.
